      Terms and Conditions

      1. General Provisions

      1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") govern the rights and obligations of the seller, PROFLUID Group, s.r.o., with its registered office at Třebohostická 564/9, 100 00 Praha 10, ID No.: 08038708 (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").

      1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the online store at shop.profluid.cz (hereinafter referred to as "Online Store").

      2. Ordering and Contract Conclusion

      2.1. The Buyer places an order through the Online Store. The order is considered a proposal for a purchase contract.

      2.2. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via email.

      2.3. The Buyer is obliged to provide truthful and complete information when placing an order.

      3. Withdrawal from the Contract

      3.1. The Buyer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This does not apply to business entities purchasing on ID No.

      3.2. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer.

      3.3. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of the withdrawal from the contract and return the goods at their own expense.

      4. Warranty and Complaints

      4.1. The Seller provides a 24-month warranty for consumers and a 12-month warranty for business entities.

      4.2. Complaints are processed through the complaint form available on the Online Store.

      4.3. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects immediately.

      5. Payment and Delivery Terms

      5.1. Payment and delivery terms are specified in a separate section of the Online Store.

      6. Final Provisions

      6.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

      6.2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. The current version is always available in the Online Store.

      6.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
