Delivery Terms for Customers in the Czech Republic

Postage and Shipping within the Czech Republic

Orders up to CZK 4,000 / EUR 150

Shipping: CZK 150 / EUR 6 via PPL to the specified address

Orders over CZK 4,000 / EUR 150

Shipping Companies

- Shipments up to 31.5 kg are delivered by PPL

- Shipments over 31.5 kg are delivered by Schenker (pallet transport), or the shipment is split into several smaller packages and delivered by PPL

- When using a PPL Parcel Shop, the maximum package dimensions are 100 × 50 × 50 cm

Personal pickup at the company headquarters is possible only after confirmation that the goods are ready for collection. Pickup from the warehouse is free of charge.

Delivery Times within the Czech Republic

Goods in stock in Prague:

- Orders placed on working days before 12:00 are ALWAYS shipped the same day

- Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next working day

- Delivery within 1 working day after dispatch

Goods in stock in Lyon, France (TECOFI valves):

- Shipped within 3–4 working days from our warehouse in Prague 10

Other goods in stock in the EU (sensors, instrumentation, etc.):

- Shipped within 2–3 working days from our warehouse in Prague 10

Payment Terms for Customers in the Czech Republic

- For shipments up to 31.5 kg: payment by cash on delivery (PPL) or by bank transfer (advance invoice)

- For shipments over 31.5 kg: always advance invoice

- Personal pickup is only possible after prior payment of the advance invoice

Orders up to EUR 300

Shipping: EUR 30 via DER KURIER or Schenker, depending on the size and weight of the shipment

Orders over EUR 300

Delivery Times within the EU (outside the Czech Republic)

Goods in stock in Prague:

- Orders placed on working days before 13:00 are ALWAYS shipped the same day

- Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the next working day

- Delivery within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location

Goods in stock in Lyon, France (TECOFI valves):

- Shipped within 3–4 working days from our warehouse in Prague 10

Other goods in stock in the EU (sensors, instrumentation, etc.):

- Shipped within 2–3 working days from our warehouse in Prague 10

Payment Terms for Customers from Other EU Countries

- Always by advance invoice, cash on delivery is not possible

- Personal pickup is only possible after prior payment of the advance invoice
